I would like to say a massive thank you to Julia who pierced my twin girls ears on Sunday. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Explained the process clearly and her attention to detail of earring placement was outstanding. Thank you so much for making my girls feel comfortable and safe, they are two very happy little ladies! I highly recommend requesting Julia for your next appointment!

I recently visited EB at Doncaster for my daughter’s first ear piercing. Julia was extremely professional and patient. The piercings were done quickly and efficiently (which really helped with my daughter’s nerves). Would highly recommend EB (especially Julia) ☺️

Terrible experience! I wish I had read the reviews before I went. My 4 yr old daughter had her needle piercing done on the earlobes. The senior lady asked a younger lady to help out so they could have both ears done at the same time. The left ear was done by the younger lady, and she totally ruined it! I asked the senior lady to take it off immediately just to let it heal first. But the lady try to convince me that she could redo it straight away and make it good. No! You only got 1 shot! If you miss it, you miss it! You cannot just poke random holes on someone’s body like a piece of bread. Hire some professionals! I felt so bad for my girl, and she was so brave, didn’t cry until taking off the ear stud on the left. She didn’t get her bear or certificate, and only compensation was not been charged for the piercing but still paid for the ear studs. I wish to file a complaint.

Highly recommend essential beauty Doncaster “ Linda” is amazing at what she dose . There’s zero pain whilst a waxing and I’m quiet sensitive. She’s professional and friendly and extremely thorough whilst having a Little chat and keeping you distracted and comfortable. LINDA IS THE BEST !! Ask for her Best place for waxing and other essential beauty at Doncaster.

Julia was amazing!! She pierced my 12 year old daughters ears. She was kind, patient and very professional. She knew a lot and explained everything and took her time to make sure we were happy. Great customer service! Highly recommend!
